While Bryant is off in Mexico shooting a wedding, I thought it would be appropriate to post some winter bridals. My hope is that he will check the blog while he is gone and have pity on those of us who are stuck back in Utah enduring the cold. Part of me hopes that he forgets to put sunblock on and comes back looking like something Red Lobster would envy.
When Missy and I got married, we were pretty much broke. Funds were so tight that we decided to skip out on the bridals, and just have a photographer at the wedding. We sometimes regret that we skipped the bridals. While we were visiting my parents in Star Valley Wyoming for Christmas, we thought it might be fun to take some winter bridals. I had a warm winter clothes on, and I was a bit chilled, yet Missy kept insisting that it wasn’t too bad (I couldn’t feel my fingers for part of the shoot).
One of the most difficult things about photography, at least for me, is deciding which way I want to go with the post processing. Sometimes very natural looking images just look so good, others I just love the uniqueness that is added with some creative post processing. For this post, I decided split some of my favorites up into groups depending on how they were processed.

I forgot to add that Missy looks GORGEOUS! and that I love that dress. And I will have to take some lessons from you with flash when I get one. The one you say is your favorite looks like a photo out of a magazine. GREAT lighting!
Yeah, she’s a babe. The funny part about this shoot is that we only had about 20 minutes to shoot the whole thing before it got too dark.
